INGER-JOHANNE SAND Professor at the Institute of Public and International Law at theUniversity of Oslo, Norway. Her work includes multidisciplinary research in general public law and in certain specific fields covering cross boundary themes in administrative and constitutional law, EU-law, environmental law, legal sociology andlegal theory.
