Your Access Rights
Palgrave Connect requires your organization to have purchased a site license in order for you to access the full text of our ebooks. Site licenses are available to institutional customers only.
Public users are still able to view full bibliographic information for each ebook title in Palgrave Connect, along with its abstract, table of contents, author biography and reviews.
Public Users are also able to make full use of Palgrave Connect's advanced search and browse facilities.
Users
If your institution has access to this ebook via a Palgrave Connect site license, but you are unable to download content, this may be for a number of reasons:
Remote Access - We allow off-site access to Palgrave Connect - please check that you are accessing the Palgrave Connect platform via your organization's IP range.
Athens Users - Members of participating Athens institutions with a subscription to Palgrave Connect can use the Athens service on and off campus with their personal Athens username and password. Click here to visit our Athens login page.

Librarians
If you have a site license but are unable download a given ebook, this means that you are not being recognized as a site license customer for that ebook.
Please make sure that your administrative account is up-to-date with your current subscriptions and correct IP address(es). Administrators can easily access their administration account by clicking here or on the 'Admin Login' button in the top right corner of each Palgrave Connect page.
If your site license(s) is active and your IP addresses are correct, but you are still being denied access to your subscribed titles, please contact us at:

Users
Your institution does not have access to this Palgrave Connect title and/or subject collection.
There are several ways to access this content:
- Recommend Palgrave Connect to your librarian.
- Purchase a print copy - print copies of the ebooks featured in Palgrave Connect can be purchased direct from Palgrave Macmillan via a link on each ebook's Information Page. Simply click on 'Order a Print Copy' in the top right hand corner to be taken to the Palgrave Macmillan website where you can add the print copy to your shopping basket.
- Purchase ebook from an ebook vendor (where available) - over 3,500 Palgrave Macmillan ebooks are available to purchase individually via eBooks.com. For further information on how to purchase visit our how to access page.
